Tas Velliss Director & Licensed Builder With deep industry experience and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, Tas personally oversees each build from start to finish. His approach combines structure, experience, and a sharp eye for detail. With a Bachelor in Construction Management and over 18 years of hands-on experience, Tas leads every project with a builder’s precision and a leader’s pride.
Joanna Velliss Co-Owner & Operations Manager Joanna leads everything behind the scenes and overseas business operations, from quoting and scheduling to web design, accounting, and client support. Her organised, hands-on role and structured approach keeps every project running smoothly.
